月之暗面据悉与微软、亚马逊、谷歌洽谈Kimi K3收入分成，最高可达30%

ChainThink 消息，8 月 26 日，据知情人士透露，月之暗面正与微软、亚马逊和谷歌洽谈收入分成协议，拟允许三家美国云计算巨头托管其 Kimi K3 模型。

月之暗面寻求从微软 Azure、AWS 及谷歌云上与 Kimi K3 相关服务产生的收入中获得最高 30% 的分成，条款与其向使用开放权重模型的大型客户提出的条件基本一致。

目前，月之暗面已与部分规模较小的云平台签署类似协议。若谈判达成，该协议可能成为中国 AI 企业与美国大型云计算公司之间首个重要的模型收入分成合作。

与此同时，阿里巴巴也在寻求与其新款开源 AI 模型的主要用户建立收入分成机制。
