美 SEC 拟修订加密货币托管规则，已提交白宫审查

ChainThink 消息，8 月 25 日，据彭博社报道，美 SEC 已向白宫管理和预算办公室（OMB）提交一项新提案，旨在为投资顾问及投资公司持有客户数字资产制定新的托管规则框架。

该提案将厘清加密资产托管框架，回应投资公司及顾问此前关于如何在合规前提下为客户持有数字资产的疑问，同时取消部分被 SEC 认为已过时的现行托管要求。

SEC 称，该提案是主席 Paul Atkins 推动监管框架现代化努力的一部分。

提案完整细节需等 OMB 完成审查后才能公开，随后将退回 SEC，可能附带修改意见，再由目前由三名共和党人组成的委员会投票决定。

按惯例，SEC 最终定案前会征求至少 60 天公众意见，再次投票后方可生效。
