欧洲央行 Pontes 分布式账本项目定于 9 月 21 日上线

ChainThink 消息，8 月 26 日，据 Crowdfund Insider 报道，欧洲央行筹备推出的「Pontes」分布式账本生态系统定于 9月21日正式上线。

Pontes 运行于欧元体系 DLT 平台，为欧洲批发市场提供代币化等分布式账本服务，参与方可用现金代币结算交易，也可通过欧元体系现有的实时全额结算系统 T2 完成结算。

已公布的运营商名单包括 Clearstream、SWIAT、Cashlink 及 Axiology，更多机构正在排队注册。

欧洲央行管理委员会已于 2025 年批准该项目，采取双轨方案：短期方案「Pontes」（含试点阶段）与长期方案「Appia」。

欧洲央行执行委员会成员 Piero Cipollone 表示，代币化资产将成为新型数字金融生态系统的核心，但也存在碎片化、货币锚定丧失及外部依赖等风险。

Pontes 正在将以央行货币结算的代币化交易变为现实，Appia 则支持公私合作路线图的推进。
