Better 上线比特币抵押贷款，Coinbase 协助托管

ChainThink 消息，8 月 27 日，据 Cointelegraph 报道，美国抵押贷款机构 Better 正式推出以比特币为抵押品的贷款产品，由 Coinbase Prime 负责托管。

借款人可将比特币作为非借款人配偶的资产进行抵押，无需出售数字资产即可获得房屋贷款，从而规避资本利得税。对于租赁及投资性房产，最高贷款额度可达房产价值的 80%。

Better 机构产品负责人 Chris Verrilli 表示，该产品旨在帮助加密货币持有者利用数字财富实现购房，同时避免变现过程中的税务负担与机会成本。
