Ethena基金会宣布生态系统四项重大调整：回购ENA并取消月度VC解锁

ChainThink 消息，8 月 27 日，据官方公告，Ethena Foundation 宣布对 Ethena 生态进行四项调整，包括回购早期投资者持有的锁定代币、推动代币与股权价值对齐、启动收入回购 ENA 的治理提案，以及取消未来 VC 投资者的月度解锁。

Ethena Foundation 已完成对部分主要种子轮投资者全部锁定 ENA 代币的收购，这些投资者在过去 9 个月内曾出售 ENA。

同时，基金会与 Ethena Labs 达成《主框架协议》，规定协议产生的知识产权及价值归属专属基金会，由 ENA 持有者治理，Labs 实体股权投资者不再享有剩余现金流。

收入回购 ENA 的治理提案已获风险委员会批准。根据提案，Ethena 旗下所有业务线产生的净收入将用于程序化回购 ENA。

此外，基金会已与主要投资者达成协议，通过释放尚未归属的代币，消除未来 VC 按月解锁带来的抛压。团队代币仍按原归属计划保持锁定。
