ChainThink 消息，8 月 28 日，据 The Information 报道，特朗普政府正在研究一项新的人工智能芯片监管规则，旨在限制通过远程方式获取美国先进 AI 芯片的算力资源。

报道称，在特朗普于 2025 年开启第二任期后，白宫已宣布撤销拜登政府时期推出的 AI 扩散规则（AI Diffusion Rule）。

目前，美国商务部内部一个小型团队正着手制定一项规模更小、针对性更强的替代方案，以限制地缘政治竞争对手通过云计算等远程方式访问先进 AI 芯片。该规则仍处于制定阶段，具体限制措施尚未明确。

但此举显示美国政府可能重新加强对先进 AI 算力跨境获取的监管，重点关注通过远程计算服务绕开实体芯片出口限制的可能性。
