Saylor 致函 MSCI，要求撤回可能将 Strategy 踢出全球指数的筛选规则

ChainThink 消息，9 月 1 日，据 Decrypt 报道，Strategy 创始人 Michael Saylor 与 CEO Phong Le 联名致函 MSCI，要求撤回一项针对“非运营类公司”的新筛选规则。

该规则从运营资产强度、费用、现金流、公允价值波动及外部融资依赖度五项指标评估，触发四项即丧失指数纳入资格。

据 MSCI 咨询文件，若规则落地，Strategy（浮动调整市值约 239.3 亿美元）、英国铀矿持有商 Yellow Cake（18.1 亿美元）及日本 Metaplanet（6.54 亿美元）将被从 MSCI 全球可投资市场指数中删除，另有 SharpLink 等三家公司被列入观察名单。

Strategy 在上述六家公司总市值中占比约 87%。摩根大通此前估计，若 Strategy 被剔除，可能引发约 28 亿美元资金流出，若其他指数提供商跟进，规模或升至 116 亿美元。

Saylor 在信中称该规则“歧视性、任意性且错误”，认为其本质是变相重提 MSCI 今年 1 月已拒绝的“50% 加密资产持仓”剔除提案。

MSCI 反馈截止日期为 9 月 30 日，结果将于 10 月 16 日公布，任何变更将在 11 月指数审查中生效。
