Arthur Hayes发布Flop黄皮书：将AI推理算力做成链上商品，代币全部为空投分配

ChainThink消息，9月7日，Arthur Hayes 在 X 平台发布其新项目 FLOP 的黄皮书。

FLOP 被定位为面向智能体（Agent）经济的有用推理证明区块链及原生货币，智能体使用 FLOP 向矿工支付推理费用，从而将 AI 推理算力做成一种可购买、可验证、可结算的链上商品。

据黄皮书，AI Agent 用 FLOP 付费请求推理，矿工运行模型，验证者确认推理的可信度与工作量后结算报酬和区块奖励。

FLOP 创世供应量约 24.8346 亿枚，全部为空投分配，不设 VC 预挖或拍卖。首期奖励分配为矿工 75%、验证者 10%、Agent 10%、普通质押者 5%。

网络平均出块时间为一秒，最初区块奖励为 96 FLOP，每 730 天减半一次，共减半五次：96→48→24→12→6→3，之后永久保持 3 FLOP。

成为矿工或验证者需质押 FLOP 代币，不诚信行为将受到罚没；验证者作为网络守护者，通过 FLOP 改进提案管理网络。
