Anthropic放弃以60亿美元收购AI初创公司Decart

ChainThink 消息，9 月 8 日，据彭博社报道，知情人士透露，Anthropic 已决定不再推进对人工智能初创公司 Decart AI 的收购。

Anthropic 此前曾对 Decart 进行尽职调查，但最终选择退出，双方未来仍可能探索其他合作机会。Anthropic 和 Decart 的代表均拒绝置评。

彭博社此前报道称，Anthropic 曾商谈以约 60 亿美元收购 Decart，但交易尚未最终敲定。Decart 主要开发提升芯片运行效率的软件，以降低人工智能模型的训练及运行成本。

Anthropic 较少进行大型收购，目前正持续投入算力开发新产品、服务客户，并为上市计划做准备。
