涉 2.45 亿美元加密诈骗案的 22 岁主犯 Malone Lam 认罪

ChainThink 消息，9 月 9 日，据 The Block 报道，现年 22 岁的新加坡籍 Malone Lam（绰号「Greavys」）就一项联邦敲诈勒索共谋罪指控认罪，涉案金额达 2.45 亿美元。

检方指控其组织跨国「社会工程学」网络，通过伪装客服诈骗、数据库入侵及硬件钱包盗窃等手段窃取受害者加密资产。

同案共犯 Evan Tangeman 已于今年 4 月因洗钱罪被判处 70 个月监禁。Lam 最高面临 20 年监禁，量刑聆讯定于 12 月 8 日举行。
