FT：伊朗放松外汇管制，转向加密货币维持跨境贸易

ChainThink 消息，9 月 9 日，据《金融时报》报道，伊朗正逐步放松外汇管制，默许企业使用 Tether（USDT）和比特币进行跨境交易，以应对美国制裁及战争对经济金融体系的冲击。

知情人士称，伊朗央行近几个月已悄然鼓励企业通过当地加密货币交易所结算跨境贸易，将海外资金汇回国内；企业也可通过公开市场兑换外汇，并将出口收入直接用于进口商品，无需全部走官方外汇体系。

一名接近伊朗政权的企业高管表示，央行不追问资金转移方式，使用加密货币收取出口款项已成常态。数据显示，2025 年约有 100 亿美元加密货币流经伊朗；

区块链分析机构 Elliptic 估计，伊朗约占全球比特币挖矿的 4.5%。

此外，伊朗国内仍存在超 1000 亿美元未申报海外及境内收益，最高审计机构称超 2 万名个人和企业未履行约 940 亿欧元出口收入回流义务。

Tether 此前曾冻结约 3.44 亿美元与伊朗央行有关的钱包资产，美国财政部也警告与伊朗进行数字资产交易存在制裁风险。
