ChainThink 消息，9 月 10 日，Citadel Securities 向 SEC 与 CFTC 提交回应文件，认为 SEC 应作为与美国上市公司及其证券相关产品的首要监管机构，并应提升新产品备案审核的效率与时效。

Citadel Securities 同时指出，交易所不应利用自我认证机制规避 SEC 监管管辖权，各监管机构需厘清股权挂钩事件合约和永续衍生品的分类归属问题。
