ChainThink report, November 6: According to a message on the X platform, Chainalysis stated that hackers exploited "adversarial intelligent agent technology" to expose users' full names, usernames, password hashes, and valid tokens, with some clients' KYT accounts suspected of unauthorized access.

Chainalysis has taken offline its transaction monitoring tools, address screening, and investigation platforms, and has required all users to reset passwords and rotate API keys.

Due to an external on-chain analytics service outage, Japanese exchange Coincheck has suspended cryptocurrency withdrawals, while ICONOMI has also suspended withdrawals citing issues with Chainalysis services.
