ChainThink reports: The Bitcoin Improvement Proposal OP_CHECKTEMPLATEVERIFY (referred to as CTV or BIP-119) that has been dormant for a long time is currently gaining attention, and the proposal has received support from well-known Bitcoin developers and companies. If finally approved, it will enhance Bitcoin's scalability, security, and usability, especially by introducing "covenants" and "vaults" features. These features are expected to improve the user experience of self-custody and give rise to more secure and intelligent layer-two applications, such as Lightning Network and Ark.
