**CICC: Release of GPT-5 and Open Source of Huawei CANN to Drive Development of AI Applications**

ChainThink reports: CICC released a research report stating that OpenAI officially launched GPT-5, including three versions: GPT-5, GPT-5-Mini, and GPT-5-Nano. GPT-5 demonstrates excellent performance in long-text memory, reduced hallucination rate, and optimized reasoning efficiency, providing a better foundation for the development of AI applications. Subsequently, it is expected that Google, Human Choice, and domestic models will release updates, and the continuous implementation of tokenization of text AI applications under model optimization. In addition, Huawei has fully open-sourced the CANN ecosystem, diversely opening up for different network developers, greatly improving development efficiency, and is expected to accelerate CUDA's advancement.
