On August 14, Star, CEO of OKX, posted on the X platform that X Layer has completed its upgrade, with network performance improved to 5,000 TPS, gas fees almost zero, and the total supply of OKB fixed at 21 million tokens. He stated that X Layer will promote DeFi, global payments, and RWA development in the "one chain, one token" model, aiming to build core infrastructure that enables everything to be on-chain.
