ChainThink report, November 20, Japanese Bitcoin cryptocurrency treasury (DAT) company Metaplanet announced the issuance of $150 million Class B perpetual preferred shares, with a fixed dividend rate of 4.9%, a conversion price of 1000 yen, and will be used to continue increasing Bitcoin holdings.
