The DAT Flywheel Dies Out, Crypto KOLs Hint That DAT Company Will Sell Reserves, Market Will Still Undergo Deep Consolidation

ChainThink message, November 21, QwQiao, co-founder of Alliance DAO, published a post reiterating his view, "The next bear market (not sure when it will come) will be worse than most people expect. There is a large group of 'dumb money' who know nothing about crypto buying spot and ETFs now. Such situations never end well."


Market may need another deep correction of 50%, to "wash out" their positions, so the market can rebuild a solid foundation and continue its supercycle.


Chris Burniske, partner at Placeholder, also expressed a similar view, saying, "The selling phase of DAT has just begun. Just as it once rose all the way, it will now fall all the way."
