The statement emphasized that Big Demo Day is a publicly oriented startup pitch event developed through multi-party collaboration and previously supported by institutions such as Hong Kong's Digital Harbor. Techub News participated in certain editions solely as a co-organizer or partner media outlet and has no involvement in Central Research’s internal governance, personnel appointments, or operational management. Equating this event to an internal activity of Central Research, or interpreting Alma’s public appearances as participation in its operations, constitutes a misinterpretation.

Techub News has requested that relevant parties correct the erroneous information and urges all parties to base their dissemination and citation of information on factual accuracy. Techub News reserves the right to pursue legal action against any subsequent willful propagation of false information or malicious defamation.
