Zondacrypto陷倒闭谜团：创始人失踪4年后，继任CEO也失踪

ChainThink 消息，据《纽约时报》8 月 23 日报道，波兰加密货币交易平台 Zondacrypto 陷入严重危机：创始人 Sylwester Suszek 于 2022 年失踪，继任 CEO、律师 Przemyslaw Kral 也于今年 4 月失踪，至今已连续 4 个月未公开露面。

该平台前身为 BitBay，2014 年在波兰成立，后迁至爱沙尼亚，曾宣称拥有约 130 万客户及数亿美元资产。

今年 4 月，Zondacrypto 网站突然关闭，数十万客户无法提现或交易，其发行的 ZND 代币价格已暴跌超 99.9%。6 月 29 日，爱沙尼亚金融情报部门撤销其母公司经营许可证。

Kral 失踪前曾向客户表示平台持有约 4500 枚 BTC（价值超 3.3 亿美元），但需前任 CEO Suszek 掌握私钥才能解锁，加密行业人士质疑该钱包已近 10 年未活动。

Suszek 于 2022 年在波兰南部加油站失踪，此前曾向妹妹发送语音及短信称遭绑架并要求支付 BTC 赎金。

波兰检方已起诉其商业伙伴 Marian Wszolek 涉嫌有组织犯罪、增值税欺诈、洗钱等罪名，后者随后也失踪。

目前波兰卡托维兹检方已对 Zondacrypto 的成立及运营情况展开调查，波兰政界和媒体正在调查该交易所究竟是因市场风险崩溃，还是从一开始就涉嫌洗钱犯罪。
